Usage & Dosage

For a full serving, mix 300g (approximately two level 250ml scoops, scoop included in the pouch) with 700ml of water in a shaker or blender until smooth. New users may find it easier to start with half a serving, then gradually increase to one or more full servings per day. The recommended intake is one 300g serving per day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. For a creamier shake, use semi-skimmed milk instead of water. To be consumed between meals, or 20–30 minutes after training, or 45–60 minutes before bed. Once mixed, consume immediately.
