Usage & Dosage

Mix 300g (approximately five level 60ml scoops; a scoop is included in the tub) with 700ml of water in a shaker or blender. If you have just started, begin with half the amount before gradually increasing to a full serving. Consume between meals, or 20–30 minutes after training for optimal results. Once mixed, drink it immediately and do not let it stand. Recommended intake: one serving of 300g per day.
