Usage & Dosage
2kg size: Mix 300g (approximately five level 60ml scoops; a scoop is included in the tub) with 700ml water in a shaker or blender. When you are just starting out with the product, it may be beneficial to start with half the amount before gradually increasing to a full serving. Consume between meals to maintain a positive nitrogen balance, or drink 20–30 minutes after a workout for optimal results. Once mixed, drink the shake immediately and do not let it stand. The recommended intake is one 300g serving per day.
