Usage & Dosage

Option 1 (Hot): Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100–150ml boiling water. Stir well and leave to stand for 1–2 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.

Option 2 (Microwave): Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100–150ml cold water or milk and stir well. Place in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.
