Applied Nutrition's Cream of Rice in the flavour Golden Syrup is a soft, easy-to-prepare rice-based powder, made primarily from white rice flour.

Each 30g serving provides approximately 106 kcal and 26g of carbohydrates. The Golden Syrup flavour gives a lovely taste to every bowl.

Each 2000g tub provides a generous supply, and preparation is easy — mix with hot water for a traditional porridge-like bowl or use the microwave method for extra convenience. Ingredients

White rice flour, flavouring, salt, colour (E150a), sucralose.

Usage & Dosage

Option 1 (Hot water): Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100–150ml boiling water. Stir thoroughly and let stand for 1–2 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.

Option 2 (Microwave): Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100–150ml cold water or milk and stir thoroughly. Place in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.
