Usage & Dosage

Option 1: Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100–150ml boiling water. Stir thoroughly and let stand for 1–2 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.
Option 2: Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100–150ml cold water or milk and stir thoroughly. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.
