Applied Nutrition's Endurance Breathe Isotonic Energy Gel is an isotonic energy gel in Cola flavour. Each 60g sachet provides 23g of carbohydrates from maltodextrin, with zero sugar.

Unlike many traditional energy gels, the isotonic formula means you don't need to wash it down with water — it's designed to be taken as it is, offering convenience and flexibility during high-intensity efforts when it's not practical to stop and hydrate. The gel contains sodium chloride and magnesium lactate.

Ingredients

Water, maltodextrin (33%), magnesium lactate, xanthan gum, acidity regulators (citric acid, trisodium citrate), natural flavouring, Breathe Easy™ (flavouring), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sweetener (sucralose), sodium chloride.

Usage & Dosage

Take orally, 1–3 gels per 60 minutes during exercise. The gels do not need to be taken with water to work. Make sure you stay hydrated.
