Applied Nutrition's Endurance Energy Isotonic Energy Gel delivers fast-acting carbohydrate energy in a ready-to-use, convenient format, designed for athletes on the move. Each 60g gel in blackcurrant flavour provides 23g of carbohydrates from maltodextrin, helping to maintain energy availability during prolonged physical activity — with no need to follow it with water.

Formulated as a true isotonic gel, it's designed to be gentle on the stomach and easy to consume during effort, whether you're running, cycling or taking part in endurance events.

Every batch of this product is tested against prohibited substances under the Informed-Sport programme, in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, giving competitive athletes assurance over what they're consuming. Ingredients

Water, Maltodextrin (33%), Magnesium Lactate, Xanthan Gum, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Tri Sodium Citrate), Natural Flavouring, Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Sweetener (Sucralose), Sodium Chloride.

Usage & Dosage

Take orally 1 to 3 gels per 60 minutes during exercise. Energy gels don't need to be consumed with water to be effective. Make sure to stay hydrated.
