Applied Nutrition's Endurance Sprint Isotonic Energy Gel + Caffeine, Cola flavour, is a fast-acting, easy-to-consume gel designed to support both endurance and high-intensity exercise. Each 60g sachet provides 23g of carbohydrates from maltodextrin as well as 75mg of caffeine.

The gel is enriched with a full complex of B vitamins — including vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12. Electrolytes such as sodium, chloride and magnesium are also present to support fluid balance during physical activity.

Available in Cola flavour and presented in a pack of 20 individual sachets, this product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and is lactose-free. Thanks to its simple dosing format and no need for preparation or mixing, the Endurance Sprint gel is designed for uncompromising performance.

Usage & Dosage

Long exercise: Consume orally 1 gel at specific moments during long exercise requiring a quick mental and physical boost. Short exercise: Consume orally 1 gel 15 minutes before short, intense exercise. The gels do not need to be consumed with water to be effective. Make sure to stay well hydrated.

Warnings

High caffeine content: 75mg per 60g gel / 125mg per 100g. Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Do not exceed recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
