ABE All Black Everything Energy Gel from Applied Nutrition is a pre-workout gel with a ready-to-use, no-mix formula for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Each 60g serving sachet contains 200mg Caffeine, 4g Citrulline Malate, 3g Creatine Monohydrate and 2g Beta-Alanine, in a concentrated, ready-to-use formula with no need for mixing or water.
Unlike traditional pre-workout powders, the gel format makes ABE Energy Gel convenient to use on the go — simply take one serving sachet around 15 minutes before training and you're ready. The formula also contains Taurine, Magnesium and a selection of B vitamins including Vitamin B3 and Vitamin B12, along with Vitamin C.
Each pack contains 20 individually portioned sachets, making it easy to manage your intake and take your pre-workout routine with you wherever training takes you.

Usage & Dosage
Consume 1 gel 15 minutes before training, preferably on an empty stomach. Do not consume more than 1 tube per day. ABE Energy Gels do not need to be consumed with water to be effective. Make sure you stay hydrated.
