Micellar Casein (96%) ( Milk ), Natural Flavour, Xanthan Gum (Thickener), LactoSpore® (Bacillus Coagulans), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides), DigeZyme® Enzyme Complex (Amylase, Protease, Cellulase, Lactase, Lipase).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml water or milk in an Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid, the thicker the shake will be). Shake and drink. Use just before bedtime for optimal results, but can also be taken between meals or 2–3 times per day. *Scoops are approximate only; scales are recommended.
