Applied Nutrition's Endurance Hydration Electrolyte Effervescent Tablets are convenient, fast-dissolving tablets flavoured with lemon and lime, providing sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and vitamin C.
Formulated with approved nutrients, these tablets offer significant contributions to several aspects of wellbeing. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Packaged in six tubes of 20 tablets (120 tablets in total), the compact tube format is ideal for gym bags, sports kits or when travelling. Simply drop a tablet into 200ml of water, allow it to dissolve, and enjoy a refreshing lemon and lime drink that's sugar-free, fat-free and low in calories.

Ingredients
Acidifier (citric acid), sodium bicarbonate, bulking agent (sorbitol), potassium citrate, anti-caking agent (polyethylene glycol), magnesium citrate, tricalcium citrate, vitamin C (as L-ascorbic acid), sweetener (sucralose), colours (riboflavin), natural flavourings, acacia gum.
Usage & Dosage
Add one tablet (4g) to 200ml of water and allow to dissolve. Once prepared, consume within 24 hours. Maximum 4 tablets per day.
Warnings
Do not exceed recommended dose. Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. This product is not suitable for those under 16 years of age. Keep out of reach of children.

Contains no common allergens. Made in a facility that handles milk, eggs, soy, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten, as well as their derivatives.
