ABE Pump from Applied Nutrition is a stimulant-free pre-workout powder in Blue Razz flavour, containing 5000 mg Citrulline Malate 2:1 per 12.5 g serving, together with Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine, Taurine and the patented Nitrosigine® (Arginine Silicate Inositol).

The formula also contains VitaCholine™ Choline Bitartrate, the proprietary botanical blend FitNox™ (extracts of Moringa Oleifera, Punica Granatum and Kaempferia Parviflora) and AstraGin® — a patented combination of root extracts from Astragalus Membranaceus and Panax Notoginseng.

Each 500 g tub provides 40 standard servings (12.5 g) or 20 double servings (25 g), giving you the flexibility to tailor your intake to your individual needs and tolerance. Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (12.5 g) or 2 scoops (25 g) with 250 ml–500 ml of cold water 15–30 minutes before training. Scoops are approximate measures only; a scale is recommended.
