Applied Nutrition's CLA + L-Carnitine & Green Tea combines three well-known ingredients in a single convenient capsule formula. Each daily dose provides 1300 mg conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) as an 80% ethyl ester derived from safflower oil, 330 mg L-Carnitine Tartrate and 310 mg of a high-potency green tea extract standardised to 98% polyphenols — including 124 mg EGCG and naturally occurring caffeine.

Presented in a vegetarian and vegan-friendly HPMC capsule shell, this pack of 100 capsules provides up to 50 daily doses. It is designed to complement an active lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet.

Ingredients

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA 80% Ethyl Ester: Safflower Oil), L-Carnitine Tartrate, Green Tea Extract (98% Polyphenols). Anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate).

Capsule shell: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour (Brilliant Blue).

Usage & Dosage

Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily with a meal.

Warnings

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Keep out of reach of young children. Contains caffeine (21,7 mg/2 capsules). Do not consume more than 800 mg (-)-Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) per day. Do not consume if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day.
