Usage & Dosage

Mix 2 scoops (20g) with 200–300ml of water, juice or add to your favourite hot drink. Just stir and drink. Use 1–2 times daily, ideally with breakfast or after training. Good tip: Mixing Collagen Peptides with room-temperature water can improve mixability. Scoops are estimates only; a scale is recommended.
