Citrulline Malate (2:1), Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine, Acid (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Bicarbonate), Taurine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Choline Bitartrate (as VitaCholine™), Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Sweetener (Sucralose), Niacin (Niacinamide), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Colour (Beetroot Red).
Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (12.5g) with 250ml cold water and consume 15–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 1 serving per day. New users or those sensitive to caffeine should start with half a scoop to assess tolerance.
