Applied Nutrition Pump 3G Pre-Workout is a comprehensive powder formula designed for your workouts. Each 15g serving (2 scoops) contains a blend of ingredients including Citrulline Malate 2:1, Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (AAKG), Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine and Caffeine Anhydrous.
The formula also contains Taurine, L-Tyrosine and BioPerine® (Black Pepper Extract), together with vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). Each tub provides 25 servings in the refreshing Fruit Burst flavour.
Pump 3G Pre-Workout is easy to prepare — simply mix with cold water and consume 30 minutes before training. With 250mg caffeine per serving, this product is intended for healthy adults accustomed to high-stimulant pre-workout supplements.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 2 scoops (15g) with 200ml cold water 30 minutes before training and consume immediately. Scoops are estimated measures only; a scale is recommended. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
