Applied Nutrition Pump 3G Pre-Workout is a stimulant-free pre-training powder designed for those who want to train without caffeine or other stimulants. Each 15g serving contains a multi-component formula built around Citrulline Malate 2:1, Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (AAKG), Creatine Monohydrate and Beta-Alanine, complemented with Taurine, L-Tyrosine and L-Theanine, as well as BioPerine® black pepper extract and B vitamins.
With no added stimulants, Pump 3G is suitable for evening training or for athletes who want to keep their caffeine intake separate.
Each tub of Pump 3G Pre-Workout contains 375g of powder, providing 25 full servings (50 scoops) in the refreshing Icy Blue Raz flavour. Simply mix two scoops with cold water before training for a smooth and easy-to-drink pre-workout experience.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 serving of 15g (2 scoops) with 200ml cold water 30 minutes before training and consume immediately. Scoops are estimated measures only; a scale is recommended.
