Applied Nutrition Critical Mass Professional is a comprehensive weight gainer powder designed for people with high calorie and nutrient needs. Each 150g serving provides 566 kcal and 42g protein from a high-quality blend of Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate and Whey Protein Concentrate, together with 75g complex carbohydrates mainly from organic ground oats and maltodextrin — providing a structured foundation for a calorie-rich training diet.

In addition to the macronutrient-based foundation, each serving contains 5g L-Leucine, 5g Glutamine Peptides, 3g Creatine Monohydrate, 2g HMB (Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyrate) and 0,5g HICA (Alpha-Hydroxy Isocaproic Acid). Alpha Lipoic Acid (250mg), AstraGin® (a proprietary extract of Astragalus and Panax Notoginseng) and DigeZyme® enzyme complex are also included.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 2,5 scoops (150g) with 500ml water or skimmed milk and shake well in a shaker. Consume 1–3 servings daily depending on your calorie needs. Scoops are approximate only; a kitchen scale is recommended.
