Applied Nutrition Diet Whey in the flavour Banana Milkshake is a protein-rich powder. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass. Each 25g serving provides 20g protein from a premium Whey Protein Blend that combines Whey Protein Concentrate and Whey Protein Isolate, helping you meet your daily protein needs.

Diet Whey also contains Acetyl L-Carnitine, Green Tea Extract and CLA Powder. With only 100 kcal per serving and under 1g of carbohydrates, it fits well into many different types of diet plans.

Ingredients

Whey Protein Blend ( Milk ) (94%) (Whey Protein Concentrate & Whey Protein Isolate), flavouring, CLA Powder, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Green Tea Extract, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides), colour (turmeric extract).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (25g) with 150–300ml of cold water and shake well. Take 3 servings of Diet Whey daily (morning, afternoon & evening). Can be mixed with cereal and porridge, and used in baking to boost protein content. Scoops are an estimated measure only; we recommend using kitchen scales.
