Applied Nutrition Shred-X Powder in Lemon Ice Tea flavour is a pre-workout formula for active people who want to include it in their training routine. Each 10g serving provides a blend of ingredients — including Acetyl L-Carnitine, L-Theanine, L-Tyrosine, Taurine, Green Tea Extract and Caffeine Anhydrous — as part of a structured training routine.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Shred-X Powder is formulated with 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous plus additional caffeine from Green Tea Extract, providing 228mg total caffeine per serving. It suits vegans and vegetarians, contains no lactose and comes in a refreshing Lemon Ice Tea flavour. Each 300g tub provides 30 servings.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 level scoop (10g) with 200ml cold water and consume 15 minutes before training. Scoops are approximate measures only; a scale is recommended. Maximum 1 serving per day. Do not consume more than 800mg Green Tea Extract (containing (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate) per day. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day.
