Applied Nutrition Shred-X Powder is a pre-workout support formula for adults, combining Acetyl L-Carnitine, Green Tea Extract, Choline Bitartrate, L-Tyrosine and Caffeine Anhydrous in a refreshing Sour Gummy Bear flavour. Each 300g tub contains 30 servings, with the whole blend contained in a handy 10g measuring scoop.

The formula includes B vitamins — Niacin (Vitamin B3), Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. Acetyl L-Carnitine, Inulin, Acidifier (Citric Acid), Vitamin C (as L-Ascorbic Acid), Green Tea Extract (95% Polyphenols), Choline Bitartrate, L-Theanine (from Green Tea Extract), Gymnema Sylvestre Extract (75% Gymnemic Acid), Taurine, L-Tyrosine, Sodium Bicarbonate (Acidity Regulator), Caffeine Anhydrous, Flavouring, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Colour (Beetroot Red), Breathe Easy™ (Flavouring), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin B3 (as Nicotinamide), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 level scoop (10g) with 200ml of cold water and consume 15 minutes before exercise. Scoops are approximate; using a scale is recommended. Maximum 1 serving per day. Do not consume more than 800mg of green tea extract (containing epigallocatechin-3-gallate) per day. Should not be consumed if consuming other green tea-containing products on the same day.
