Applied Nutrition's Critical Oats Protein Porridge in Chocolate is a protein-rich breakfast solution created for those who want a quick and filling start to the day. Each 60g serving provides 23g protein from a double blend of Whey Protein Concentrate and ISO-XP Whey Protein Isolate, combined with wholegrain oat flakes as a base.

With 23g carbohydrates and 3.9g fibre per serving, this porridge also contains Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT oil), while the rich chocolate flavour makes it an enjoyable meal. Sweetened with Sucralose and Steviol Glycosides from Stevia, it contains only 1.38g sugar per serving.

Preparation is quick and flexible — simply mix with boiling or cold water and heat in the microwave, making Critical Oats a practical choice both at home and on the go. Each 600g pack contains 10 servings, making it a convenient addition to your daily diet.

Ingredients

Wholegrain Oats Flakes, Whey Protein Concentrate ( Milk ) (30%) (contains Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), ISO-XP Whey Protein Isolate ( Milk ) (10%) (contains Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), Medium Chain Triglycerides (Coconut MCT Oil, Tapioca Starch), Cocoa Powder, Flavouring, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides from Stevia).

Usage & Dosage

Option 1: Add 1 scoop (60g) to 150ml boiling water. Stir thoroughly and let stand for 1–2 minutes. Eat and ENJOY!

Option 2: Add 1 scoop (60g) to 100ml cold water or milk and stir well. To heat, place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir again, and ENJOY!
