Applied Nutrition BCAA Amino-Hydrate is an amino acid and hydration formula designed for use during training. Each 14g serving provides 7g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio — supplying L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine — along with 3g of L-Glutamine and 1g of L-Citrulline Malate (2:1), for use during or between training sessions.

Ingredients

Green Apple flavour: BCAA (2:1:1) (L-Leucine (26%), L-Isoleucine (13%), L-Valine (13%)), L-Glutamine, L-Citrulline Malate (2:1), Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Calcium Phosphate, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Flavouring, Sodium Chloride, Acid (Citric Acid), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Colours (Tartrazine, Brilliant Blue FCF).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (14g) with 500ml of water and shake well. Consume during exercise on training days or throughout the day on non-training days. Scoops are an estimate only; using a scale is recommended.
