Applied Nutrition BCAA Amino-Hydrate offers a 2:1:1 ratio of branched-chain amino acids — L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine — providing 7.2g of BCAA per serving. It also contains L-Glutamine and L-Citrulline Malate (2:1), making it a complete amino acid powder for active individuals.

An electrolyte blend based on Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate and Calcium Phosphate rounds out the formula.

Ingredients

BCAA (2:1:1) (L-Leucine (26%), L-Isoleucine (13%), L-Valine (13%)), L-Glutamine, L-Citrulline Malate (2:1), Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Calcium Phosphate, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Flavouring, Sodium Chloride, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Colours (Brilliant Blue FCF).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (14g) with 500ml of water and shake well. Consume during exercise on training days or throughout the day on non-training days. Consume 1 to 3 times per day. Measurements are approximate; the use of a scale is recommended.
