Applied Nutrition BCAA Amino-Hydrate is a complete amino acid and hydration formula delivering 7200mg of BCAA in the scientifically studied 2:1:1 ratio (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine) per serving, along with 3000mg of L-Glutamine and 1000mg of L-Citrulline DL-Malate. It combines these key amino acids with a multi-electrolyte blend.

The electrolyte blend includes Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate, Calcium Phosphate and Sodium Chloride.

Ingredients

BCAA (2:1:1) (L-Leucine (26%), L-Isoleucine (13%), L-Valine (13%)), L-Glutamine, L-Citrulline Malate (2:1), Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Calcium Phosphate, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Flavouring, Sodium Chloride, Acid (Citric Acid), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Colours (Beta-Carotene, Curcumin Extract).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (14g) with 500ml of water and shake well. Consume during exercise on training days or throughout the day on non-training days. Consume 1 to 3 times per day. Scoops are provided as a guide only, a precision scale is recommended.
