Applied Nutrition BCAA Amino-Hydrate is an amino acid and hydration formula containing BCAA, L-Glutamine and L-Citrulline Malate. Each 14g serving delivers 7.2g of BCAA in a 2:1:1 ratio (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine), along with 3g of L-Glutamine and 1g of L-Citrulline Malate (2:1).

The formula also includes a carefully balanced electrolyte blend providing 1240 mg of sodium, potassium, calcium and chloride.

Ingredients

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (14g) with 500ml of water and shake well. Consume during exercise on training days or throughout the day on non-training days.
