Applied Nutrition Amino Fuel is an amino acid formula. Each 13g serving provides 11g total amino acids, including a full spectrum of essential amino acids (EAA) and a BCAA blend in a 2:1:1 ratio.

With 6g BCAA per serving — including 3000mg L-Leucine — together with 2500mg L-Glutamine and a total of 9g EAA, Amino Fuel offers a broad amino acid profile. The light, refreshing Fruit Burst flavour mixes easily with water and offers a low-calorie option (approximately 3 kcal per serving) with no sugar.

Each tub contains 30 servings, with a recommended dose of 1–3 servings per day. Amino Fuel is lactose-free and designed to fit into a range of different lifestyles.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (13g) with 500ml water and shake well. Consume before, during and after training or at any time during the day when amino acid intake is needed. Consume 1–3 times daily. Scoops are approximate only; a kitchen scale is recommended.
