Each 13g serving delivers 11g of amino acids, including 6g of BCAA (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) in a 2:1:1 ratio — 3000mg of L-Leucine, 1500mg of L-Isoleucine and 1500mg of L-Valine — as well as 2500mg of L-Glutamine and a full spectrum of Essential Amino Acids (EAA) totalling 9g per serving.
