Applied Nutrition Complete Protein in the flavour Vanilla is a carefully crafted protein powder designed to support your daily nutritional needs. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass, the maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of normal bones.
In addition to its protein content, Complete Protein is enriched with a comprehensive micronutrient profile that includes vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, calcium, magnesium, zinc and potassium, among others.
The formula also contains coconut water powder, inulin and fructo-oligosaccharides from chicory root as prebiotic fibres, as well as Probiwin™ Probiotic Blend, a ten-strain blend of bacteria. With only 112 kcal per serving and a smooth vanilla taste, Complete Protein is a convenient addition to a balanced, varied diet and an active lifestyle. Each tub contains 15 servings.

Whey Protein Concentrate ( MILK ), Bovine Collagen (Type 1 & 3), coconut water powder, inulin powder (chicory root), flavouring, magnesium bisglycinate, thickener (xanthan gum), Probiwin™ Probiotic Blend ( Saccharomyces Boulardii, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Longum, Bifidobacterium Infantis, Lactobacillus Casei, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Streptococcus Thermophilus, Lactobacillus Plantarum, Bifidobacterium Breve, Bifidobacterium Bifidum ), fructo-oligosaccharides.
Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 300ml cold water and shake well for 10 seconds, then let stand for 30 seconds. The scoops are approximate measures only; a scale is recommended. Consume 1–2 servings daily.
