About Applied Nutrition – Hydration+, Blue Raspberry – 240g
Applied Nutrition Hydration+ is an electrolyte powder. Each serving provides a carefully formulated total electrolyte blend of 1190mg, combining key minerals including potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium to replenish what your body needs during physical activity or daily hydration.
The formula features a carefully selected ingredient profile, including coconut water powder, Aquamin™, Irish Sea Moss extract (15:1), along with a range of B vitamins combined with vitamin C. Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin and the normal function of the immune system.
Available in a refreshing Blue Raspberry flavour, Hydration+ mixes easily with water or your favourite drink. Each 240g tub provides 30 servings and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (8g) with 250ml of water or your favourite drink. Take 1 to 2 servings per day. Do not exceed recommended dose. Scoops are an estimate only; using a scale is recommended.
