Formulated with 89% micellar casein as the primary protein source, this powder is also enriched with LactoSpore® (Bacillus Coagulans) and the multi-enzyme complex DigeZyme® – which contains amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase and lipase – to support comfortable digestion. With just 1.1g carbohydrates and 0.57g fat per serving, it fits into a wide range of dietary approaches.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml water or milk in an Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid used, the thicker the shake). Shake well and drink. Use just before bedtime for optimal results, but can also be taken between meals or 2–3 times per day. *Scoops are approximate only; scales are recommended.
