Applied Nutrition 100% Casein Protein in Strawberry Cream is a premium slow-release protein powder based on micellar casein — the naturally occurring form of casein found in milk. With approximately 25g of protein per 30g serving and around 60 servings per 1800g tub, it's designed to support your daily protein intake in a convenient and delicious format. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass, the maintenance of normal bones and a growth in muscle mass.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml water or milk. Shake and drink. Use just before bedtime for optimal results, but can also be taken between meals or 2–3 times per day. Scoops are an estimated measure only; we recommend using kitchen scales.
