Applied Nutrition 100% Casein Protein in Vanilla flavour is a premium formula with micellar casein. Micellar casein is a naturally occurring milk protein that is broken down slowly, and is particularly popular to consume right before bedtime or between meals.

Each 30g serving makes a shake that is high in protein, low in fat and low in carbohydrates, and mixes smoothly with water or milk. The formula contains LactoSpore® (Bacillus Coagulans) and the multi-enzyme complex DigeZyme® — which consists of amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase and lipase. Vanilla Cream: Micellar Casein (96%) ( Milk ), Natural Flavour, Xanthan Gum (Thickener), LactoSpore® (Bacillus Coagulans), Sweetener (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides), DigeZyme® Enzyme Complex (Amylase, Protease, Cellulase, Lactase, Lipase), Salt, Stevia Reb A 97%.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml water or milk in an Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid, the thicker the shake will be). Shake and drink. Use just before bedtime for optimal results, but can also be taken between meals or 2–3 times per day. *Scoops are approximate only; scales are recommended.
