Applied Nutrition Endurance Hydration Electrolyte Effervescent Tablets is a convenient and refreshing effervescent tablet that combines essential electrolytes and vitamin C in a Vimto®-flavoured formula. Each tablet dissolves easily in water to create a light, great-tasting drink, perfect before, during or after physical activity.
Each serving contains a blend of essential electrolytes — sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium — together with vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Supplied as six tubes of 20 tablets (120 tablets in total), making this multipack ideal for active people who want a convenient and portable hydration solution. Simply drop one tablet into 200ml of water and enjoy — with no added sugar and free from common allergens in the formula.

Usage & Dosage
Add one tablet (4g) to 200ml of water and allow it to dissolve. Once prepared, consume within 24 hours. Max 4 tablets per day.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. This product is not suitable for persons under 16 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Best before end: see bottom of tube.
