Usage & Dosage

Mix 3 scoops (125g) with 500ml cold water in an Applied Nutrition shaker immediately after your workout. Alternatively, it can be taken at any time during the day to increase your daily intake of protein and carbohydrates. Serving size: 3 scoops (125g). Servings per container: 25.
