Applied Nutrition ABE Pump is a stimulant-free pre-workout powder designed to support your training sessions with a comprehensive blend of ingredients. Available in the iconic Slush Puppie® Red & Blue flavour, each 500g tub gives you up to 40 half scoops or 20 full servings, giving you the flexibility to tailor your intake to your individual needs and training intensity.
The formula combines Citrulline Malate 2:1, Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine and Taurine, together with patented complexes such as Nitrosigine® (Arginine Silicate Inositol), VitaCholine™ (Choline Bitartrate), FitNox™ and AstraGin®.
Designed for those who train without stimulants, ABE Pump mixes easily with cold water and is ready to drink 15–30 minutes before training. Whether you prefer a lighter half scoop or a full serving of two scoops, ABE Pump fits smoothly into your pre-workout routine.

Slush Puppie® Red & Blue Mix: Citrulline Malate 2:1, Beta Alanine, Creatine Monohydrate, Taurine, Arginine Silicate Inositol (as Nitrosigine®), Flavouring, Acid (Citric Acid), Sodium Carbonates, Choline Bitartrate (as VitaCholine™), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Himalayan Pink Salt, FitNox™ (Moringa Oleifera Extract, Punica Granatum Extract, Kaempferia Parviflora Extract), Colours (Beetroot Red, Brilliant Blue FCF), Sweetener (Sucralose), Niacin (Niacinamide), AstraGin® (Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract & Notoginseng Root Extract), Vitamin B12.
Usage & Dosage
Take 1 scoop (12.5g) or 2 scoops (25g) with 250ml–500ml cold water 15–30 minutes before training. Scoops are estimated measures only; a scale is recommended.
