Applied Nutrition Sea Moss & Vitamin B12 combines a concentrated Irish Sea Moss extract (15:1) with Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) in a convenient daily serving of two capsules. Each serving provides 600 mg of Irish Sea Moss extract, equivalent to 9,000 mg of whole seaweed, along with 1 mcg of Vitamin B12, which is 40% of the Nutrient Reference Values.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Encased in a vegan hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) capsule, this product is suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. With 60 servings per box, each pack of 120 capsules provides a two-month supply at the recommended daily intake.
