Usage & Dosage

Shake before use. Consume one 60ml shot of L-Carnitine daily, preferably in the morning with breakfast. Do not exceed one shot daily.

Contains sweeteners. Excessive consumption may cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort. Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) content: maximum 20mg per 60ml shot. Do not consume if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
