Ingredients

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (25g) with 500ml of water in a shaker or Applied Nutrition jug and consume before, during and after exercise. It is also recommended to take it with i-Drive™. *Doses are estimates only, a precision scale is recommended.
