Usage & Dosage

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop, 6.5g) of C4 Original mixed with 150–200ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Warnings

This product is intended for consumption by healthy adults aged 18 or over only. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently taking nitrates for chest pain or medications used to treat erectile dysfunction such as PDE-5 inhibitors. Some people may experience a harmless tingling sensation, attributed to beta-alanine. Not suitable for people sensitive to caffeine. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
