Usage & Dosage

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop / 6.5g) of C4 Original, mixed with 150–200 ml water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Warnings

This product is intended for consumption by healthy adults, 18 years or older, only. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently taking nitrates for chest pain or PDE-5 inhibitors.
