Usage & Dosage
Take one daily serving (1 level scoop, approx. 6.5g) of C4 Original mixed with 150–200 ml water, 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed recommended dose. Beginners can start with half a scoop to assess tolerance.
Warnings
This product is intended for consumption by healthy adults, 18 years or older, only. Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, currently taking nitrates for chest pain, or medications for erectile dysfunction (PDE-5 inhibitors). Contains caffeine. Some people may experience a harmless tingling sensation caused by Beta-Alanine. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
