Usage & Dosage

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop) of C4 Original, mixed with 150–200 ml water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Warnings

This product is intended only for healthy adults, 18 years or older. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently taking nitrates for chest pain or PDE-5 inhibitors. Do not take this product before consulting a licensed, qualified healthcare provider if you are taking any other dietary supplement, prescription medication or over-the-counter medication. Some people may experience a harmless tingling sensation caused by Beta-Alanine. Contains caffeine.
