Usage & Dosage

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop, approx. 6.7g) of C4 Original mixed with 150–200ml (or 6 fl. oz.) of water, 20–30 minutes before training. Beginners can start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day.

Warnings

This product is intended for healthy adults only, 18 years or older. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you are currently taking nitrates for chest pain, or medication for erectile dysfunction (PDE-5 inhibitors). Contains caffeine – avoid additional sources of caffeine while using this product. Do not use within 4–6 hours of bedtime to avoid difficulty sleeping. Some people may experience a harmless tingling sensation caused by Beta-Alanine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are taking medication or are under medical care.
