CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, micronised creatine monohydrate, L-arginine hydrochloride, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), bulking agent (polydextrose), N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), flavouring, caffeine anhydrous, L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, colour (beta carotene), methylcobalamin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate.

Usage & Dosage

Take one serving (1 level scoop, approximately 6.6g) of C4 Original mixed with 150–200ml water 20–30 minutes before training. 1 container contains 30 servings. Do not exceed 2 scoops within a 24-hour period.

Warnings

This product is intended only for healthy adults, 18 years or older. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if you are currently taking nitrates for chest pain or medication for erectile dysfunction (PDE-5 inhibitors). Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation caused by beta-alanine. High caffeine content (150mg per serving); avoid use together with other caffeine-containing products. Not suitable for individuals sensitive to caffeine. Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed.
