Cellucor C4 Ripped is a pre-workout powder. Available in the refreshing Tropical Punch flavour, each 6.3g serving contains a blend of ingredients including CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine, L-Citrulline and Caffeine Anhydrous.

The formula also contains L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, Green Coffee Bean Extract (Coffea robusta) and Capsimax® Cayenne Fruit Extract, together with a B-vitamin complex featuring Nicotinamide (B3), Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (B6), Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid (B9) and Methylcobalamin (B12).

Each tub provides 30 servings and mixes easily with water, making it a convenient addition to your workout routine. C4 Ripped is sweetened with sucralose and contains no sugar, with only around 5 kcal per serving.

Usage & Dosage

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop) of C4 Ripped, mixed with 175–250 ml water 20–30 minutes before exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and do not use continuously for more than 8 weeks.

Contains caffeine (150 mg per daily serving). Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Do not consume more than 400 mg of caffeine from all food and dietary supplement sources per day.
