C4 Original from Cellucor is one of the world's most well-known pre-workout powders, now available in the delicious Cosmic Rainbow flavour. Each 6.9g serving contains a blend of CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine, Micronised Creatine Monohydrate, L-Arginine Hydrochloride and N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, together with Caffeine Anhydrous and a B-vitamin complex.
Each tub contains 30 servings, making it a convenient addition to your daily training routine.
Simply mix one scoop with water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. The Cosmic Rainbow flavour offers a fun, fruity taste experience, sweetened with Sucralose and Acesulfame K, making it easy to include in your pre-workout ritual.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (approx. 6.9g) with 150–200ml water. Drink 20–30 minutes before training. Beginners can start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
Warnings
This product is intended for consumption by healthy adults, 18 years or older, only. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently taking nitrates for chest pain, or if you are taking medications used to treat erectile dysfunction, such as PDE-5 inhibitors. Contains caffeine (150mg per serving). Not recommended for individuals sensitive to caffeine. Keep out of reach of children.
