Usage & Dosage

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop, approx. 6.9g) of C4 Original, mixed with 150–200 ml cold water, 20–30 minutes before training. To assess individual tolerance, start with half a serving. Due to the caffeine content, it is not recommended to use this product less than 6 hours before bedtime. Do not exceed recommended dose.
