Ingredients

CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, micronised creatine monohydrate, L-Arginine Hydrochloride, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, Caffeine Anhydrous, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), L-ascorbic acid, colour (beetroot red), nicotinamide, methylcobalamin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, Pyridoxal-5 Phosphate.

Usage & Dosage

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop) of C4 Original, mixed with 150–200 ml water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Warnings

This product is intended only for healthy adults, 18 years or older. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently taking nitrates for chest pain, or if you are taking medications used to treat erectile dysfunction, such as PDE-5 inhibitors. This product contains caffeine and should not be used by individuals wishing to avoid caffeine in their diet, or in combination with caffeine or stimulants from other sources, including but not limited to coffee, tea, soft drinks or other supplements and medications. Discontinue use 2 weeks before surgery. Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not exceed the recommended usage. Use only as directed. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is caused by beta-alanine.
